About the Role

You will define and deliver the global sales enablement strategy for Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. You will build sales methodology, onboarding, training, content, and measurement programs that improve seller productivity, deal execution, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enablement, sales leadership, or a relevant role
• Track record of building sales enablement programs with measurable organizational impact
• Ability to develop structured plans, actions, and metrics from broad concepts
• Cross-functional relationship-building skills
• Ability to build and leverage AI solutions for sales-team efficiency and effectiveness
• Communication and facilitation skills
• Program management skills
• Experience creating and delivering enablement content

Responsibilities

• Own the global sales enablement strategy for AE and SDR teams
• Define and operationalize the sales methodology
• Design and deliver training in discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
• Own new-hire onboarding curriculum and certification
• Build ongoing enablement programs and measure seller proficiency
• Use deal insights and call recordings to improve enablement programs
• Own the sales content strategy and library
• Build AI-native workflows that improve seller efficiency
• Partner with Product Marketing, GTM leadership, and RevOps on messaging and feedback loops
