About the Role
You will advise law firm and in-house legal teams on incorporating AI into their daily workflows. You will deliver onboarding, training, and enablement programs; identify adoption barriers; and develop strategies to address them. You will partner with customer success and account executives, provide product feedback, monitor usage, create customer-facing materials, and occasionally travel to customer or company offices.
Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience practicing law in a top in-house team

Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams
- Design and lead onboarding, training, and enablement programs
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives on expansion and renewal efforts
- Identify adoption obstacles and implement strategies to overcome them
- Translate legal practice needs into product and engineering feedback
- Monitor usage trends and identify at-risk accounts and opportunities
- Create customer-facing training materials, use case guides, and FAQ resources
- Deliver domain-specific guidance to legal professionals
- Travel to customer and company offices when required
