About the Role

You will design and deliver onboarding for Account Executives and Sales Engineers through workshops, certifications, role-plays, and asynchronous content. You will establish ramp metrics, use AI tools to scale enablement, maintain accurate content, recruit subject-matter experts, gather feedback, and adapt the program for regional teams.

Requirements

• Six or more years of sales enablement experience in high-growth B2B software
• Experience designing and delivering onboarding for quota-carrying and technical sellers
• Experience managing cross-functional programs
• Experience tying enablement work to business outcomes
• Ability to learn and teach AI agents or enterprise software
• Daily use of AI tools and experience teaching tool adoption

Responsibilities

• Design structured onboarding programs for Account Executives and Sales Engineers
• Deliver cohort sessions, workshops, certifications, and role-plays
• Teach AI fluency for daily sales activities
• Establish ramp metrics and reduction targets
• Use AI tools to scale enablement
• Maintain accurate content with cross-functional partners
• Recruit subject-matter experts to teach and coach
• Gather feedback and iterate on the program
• Adapt the program for regional teams
