Sales and Account Manager – Cryptocurrency OTC Desk

About the Role

You will identify and engage high-net-worth and institutional clients across Europe, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and pre-screen leads to meet regulatory standards. You will provide personalized onboarding, deliver ongoing account management and tailored trading solutions, negotiate competitive rates, represent the firm at industry events, and travel across Europe as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in OTC sales or cryptocurrency exchange sales
  • Experience working with HNWI and institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and ability to pre-screen leads based on regulatory standards
  • Preferably a book of business to bring to the role
  • Background in iGaming, tradFi, FX, private banking, or OTC trading advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts while ensuring compliance
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and the EEA
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new HNWI and institutional clients across Europe and the EEA
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting cryptocurrency, iGaming, tradFi, FX, and private banking clients
  • Understand and apply compliance requirements for VASPs and pre-screen potential leads
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Provide personalized onboarding support and ensure a seamless client experience
  • Deliver ongoing account management and offer tailored trading solutions
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
  • Stay informed on cryptocurrency trends, regulatory changes, and market developments
  • Negotiate competitive trading rates and client terms
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and proactively solve issues
