About the Role
You will partner with sales leadership in Singapore to plan and run the regional business. You will lead go-to-market planning, territory design, forecasting, business reviews, commercial governance, and global program delivery while providing recommendations based on data and traveling regularly within the region.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software
- Experience leading sales strategy, revenue operations, or commercial go-to-market work
- Experience across Southeast Asian markets
- Structured problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience with annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and business reviews
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and data analysis
- Ability to advise senior sales leadership and C-level stakeholders
- Based in Singapore
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly go-to-market planning
- Set market segmentation, territories, targets, and sales capacity
- Align leaders on market prioritization and coverage
- Shape partner and reseller go-to-market plans
- Provide sales leaders with performance, pipeline, and consumption analysis
- Run forecast, pipeline, and business reviews
- Represent the region with global operations functions
- Own regional commercial governance
- Land global programs, processes, and tools in the region
