About the Role
You will lead, coach, and develop Product Specialists while overseeing the quality of Proof of Value trials and product engagements. You will support complex customer opportunities, translate requirements into demonstrations and use cases, and partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle. You will train the team, allocate resources, monitor performance, communicate customer feedback, and improve scalable working practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing enterprise software, SaaS, AI, legal technology, professional services, or related role
- Experience managing and developing customer-facing teams
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting complex enterprise opportunities with Sales
- Presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with senior and executive stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer engagements
- Experience collaborating across sales, product, customer success, and technical functions
- Interest in AI applications for contract and business processes
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements and events
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Specialists
- Oversee the quality and delivery of Proof of Value trials and product engagements
- Translate customer requirements into product use cases and demonstrations
- Support high-value and complex opportunities requiring senior involvement
- Partner with Sales leadership and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain standards for product knowledge, demonstrations, trial execution, and customer engagement
- Deliver training and coaching as technology and customer use cases evolve
- Monitor team performance and capacity and allocate resources across opportunities
- Communicate customer feedback, emerging requirements, and market trends
- Collaborate to provide a consistent customer experience
- Improve and scale Product Specialist processes and ways of working
