About the Role
You will lead and develop Product Specialists in the DACH region. You will oversee legal-engineering customer relationships after implementation, support onboarding and training, handle strategic escalations, identify expansion opportunities, share product feedback, and establish scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE
- Experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Familiarity with legal technology and AI tools
- Commercial skills for engaging senior legal stakeholders
- Communication and presentation experience
- Experience running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Legal Engineer Product Specialists in the DACH region
- Manage post-implementation customer relationships
- Ensure customers are onboarded, trained, and supported
- Handle complex or strategic customer escalations
- Partner with Account Management and Sales on expansion and renewals
- Share customer feedback and platform-improvement needs with Product
- Define and improve team processes, playbooks, and frameworks
