About the Role

You will manage strategic customer accounts and lead ROI and value initiatives. You will define AI transformation frameworks, build C-suite relationships, quantify P&L impact, coordinate complex programs, identify expansion opportunities, and scale transformation practices through reusable materials.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of strategic account management or transformation consulting experience for Fortune 50-100 companies
• Experience building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations
• Change management and strategic thinking expertise
• Ability to define frameworks and translate capabilities into measurable outcomes and P&L impact
• Executive presentation and communication skills
• Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts
• Management consulting or strategy advisory background

Responsibilities

• Manage a customer portfolio and lead ROI and value initiatives
• Set transformation vision and define JTBD frameworks with customer leadership
• Build C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor
• Conduct surveys and interviews to frame AI adoption P&L impact
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs, escalations, risk mitigation, and updates
• Identify expansion opportunities and support cross-sell and upsell initiatives
• Produce decks, frameworks, and communications to scale best practices
