About the Role
You will lead, coach, and develop Legal Engineers while setting performance expectations. You will oversee the quality of legal discovery, demos, and deal support; partner with Account Executives on pipeline and deal strategy; engage prospective customers; and share field insights with Product and Marketing.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE
- Experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment
- Prior team-management experience
- Familiarity with legal technology and AI tools
- Commercial skills for engaging senior legal stakeholders
- Communication and presentation experience
- Experience running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers
- Own the quality and consistency of pre-sales legal engineering
- Partner with Account Executives and GTM leadership on pipeline and deal strategy
- Engage prospective customers to understand workflow challenges
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on field insights
- Lead tailored product demonstrations
- Synthesize customer feedback for the product team
- Travel to customer and company offices as required
