About the Role
You will lead and coach Outcomes Architects on customer discovery, workflow adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. You will run operating cadences, hire and develop team members, manage performance, forecast outcomes, and coordinate with Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps.
Requirements
- Frontline management experience leading customer-facing B2B software GTM teams
- Experience coaching customer discovery, workflow design, adoption, value realization, renewals, expansion, or implementation
- Commercial account-health and renewal-risk management skills
- Customer discovery and workflow-mapping skills
- Experience in shared account ownership models
- Experience building operating cadences and accountability systems
- Talent development and performance management skills
- Executive communication skills
- Technical fluency in workflow design and adoption
- Experience with AI tools
Responsibilities
- Own Net Revenue Growth performance for the team’s book of business
- Coach Outcomes Architects on transformation plans, workshops, value reviews, and renewals
- Run metrics, account-support, risk-review, coaching, and forecast cadences
- Hire, onboard, certify, and manage Outcomes Architects
- Partner on expansion and renewal strategies
- Coordinate complex implementation handoffs with Services
- Set standards for product, AI, and workflow fluency
- Represent the team in leadership forums
- Coach to the global methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs
