About the Role
You will work directly with the CEO to support product, go-to-market, fundraising, and operational priorities. You will manage operating cadences, track action items, lead research and strategic projects, prepare presentations, automate repeatable work with AI tools, and run day-to-day NoHo office operations.
Requirements
- Be a current university student based in NYC
- Commit 15–20 hours per week in the office
- Demonstrate an execution focus
- Turn data into actionable insights
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Show interest in fintech, markets, or crypto
- Be familiar with AI tools
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO across product, go-to-market, fundraising, and operations
- Manage standups, team meetings, and board preparation
- Track meeting action items and drive execution across teams
- Lead research, analysis, and strategic projects
- Prepare investor, board, and internal presentations
- Use AI tools to automate repeatable processes
- Own day-to-day NoHo office operations
