About the Role
You will support the VP of Revenue Europe South by shaping the sales operating model, leading strategic initiatives, and improving execution across the region. You will run planning and executive reviews, track performance, align stakeholders, resolve escalations, and create scalable go-to-market processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic operations, business development, go-to-market strategy, or consulting
- Experience working with C-level or senior leadership
- Experience in fast-growing or high-pressure environments
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, AI, deeptech, or infrastructure industries
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Southern Europe Enterprise Sales operating model
- Own annual planning, OKR orchestration, and executive performance reviews
- Drive cross-functional programs across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Lead projects that apply AI to improve go-to-market effectiveness
- Prepare and follow up on executive reviews and business performance tracking
- Improve go-to-market processes and organizational effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional partnership initiatives
- Facilitate alignment between sales leadership and internal stakeholders
- Track strategic initiative progress and executive cadence effectiveness
