About the Role

Build and scale ElevenLabs' private equity and growth investor partnerships, embed the company in enterprise value creation programs, and drive AI adoption across portfolio companies.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 or more years of experience in Enterprise AI, Cloud, or enterprise software
• Experience developing strategic partnerships with Private Equity and Growth Investors
• Experience working with PE firms, Growth Investors, Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, or PE-backed portfolio companies
• Track record of building partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue
• Executive presence with Managing Partners, Operating Partners, CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and investment professionals
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
• Ability to discuss AI platforms and enterprise technology with business and technical audiences
• Experience building partnership motions from the ground up

Responsibilities

• Build and manage executive relationships with PE and growth investor firms
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements and joint GTM plans
• Develop referral models and enterprise value programs
• Identify priority portfolio companies
• Develop joint account plans with PE operating teams
• Coordinate enterprise AI deployments through production
• Help portfolio companies identify AI use cases
• Own pipeline generation and ARR sourced through partnerships
• Maintain a portfolio company pipeline
• Drive executive introductions and deal velocity
• Develop GTM playbooks and portfolio-wide AI adoption frameworks
• Represent the role at PE conferences and executive events
