Requirements
- 8 to 12 or more years of experience in Enterprise AI, Cloud, or enterprise software
- Experience developing strategic partnerships with Private Equity and Growth Investors
- Experience working with PE firms, Growth Investors, Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, or PE-backed portfolio companies
- Track record of building partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue
- Executive presence with Managing Partners, Operating Partners, CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and investment professionals
- Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
- Ability to discuss AI platforms and enterprise technology with business and technical audiences
- Experience building partnership motions from the ground up
Responsibilities
- Build and manage executive relationships with PE and growth investor firms
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements and joint GTM plans
- Develop referral models and enterprise value programs
- Identify priority portfolio companies
- Develop joint account plans with PE operating teams
- Coordinate enterprise AI deployments through production
- Help portfolio companies identify AI use cases
- Own pipeline generation and ARR sourced through partnerships
- Maintain a portfolio company pipeline
- Drive executive introductions and deal velocity
- Develop GTM playbooks and portfolio-wide AI adoption frameworks
- Represent the role at PE conferences and executive events
