About the Role
You will serve as the AI Agent specialist during enterprise sales opportunities. You will facilitate technical workshops, design use cases, assess integrations and APIs, lead complex demonstrations, and develop ROI models. You will share field feedback with product and engineering and help strengthen AI Agent knowledge across solutions engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- 3–5 years in enterprise pre-sales
- Experience designing, building, or selling AI Agents or agentic AI systems
- Knowledge of agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, and LLM architectures
- Understanding of APIs and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with conversational AI, contact center platforms, or voice/chat automation
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts as business value
Responsibilities
- Serve as an AI Agent expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with Core Solutions Engineers on AI Agent opportunities
- Design and facilitate technical discovery workshops
- Lead AI Agent use-case and API discovery
- Lead complex AI Agent demonstrations
- Qualify and shape AI Agent opportunities early in the sales cycle
- Develop financial ROI models and business cases
- Coordinate handoffs with forward-deployed product managers and engineers
- Provide product and engineering feedback from field opportunities
- Enable solutions engineers through playbooks, coaching, and knowledge sharing
