About the Role

You will support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle by bringing your fine understanding of leads' and clients' unique context and challenges. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities in the identity verification, electronic signature, and digital identity markets, and advise clients from the qualification stage through to demonstrating the value of our solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and you will present our SaaS solutions during client meetings, demonstrations, and events. You will keep rigorous track of leads and opportunities in the CRM tool and contribute to the sales team's growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Successful first experience in a similar role in B2B solution sales in the SaaS / technology environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of different sales methodologies
  • Team spirit to work hand-in-hand with other areas of the Sales function
  • Strong interpersonal skills and efficient communication
  • Active listening skills
  • Curiosity towards clients' needs, blockers, and challenges
  • Adaptability and ability to re-use knowledge for new situations
  • Knack for product marketing
  • Fluent French and professional English

Responsibilities
