About the Role

You'll hunt for prospective ShopMy clients and act as the first point of contact, representing ShopMy with professionalism and a commercial mindset. You'll generate outbound qualified opportunities each month, hitting or exceeding your quota, while also managing inbound pipeline. You'll document, assess, and communicate detailed notes on prospects using the CRM to set Account Executives up for successful demos. You'll work with the Brand Growth team to identify accounts, plan territory strategy, and conduct prospect research within focused industry verticals. You'll manage the HubSpot CRM pipeline with excellent data integrity so the Sales team always has accurate, accessible notes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of outbound sales and lead generation experience in B2B industry
  • Eloquent and self-confident written and verbal communicator, comfortable speaking with C level contacts
  • Creative problem solver who thrives in figuring out how to get in front of new business/leads
  • Excellent executor who hits deadlines, takes copious notes, and is quick to act on team needs
  • Interest in sales career with an early stage startup
  • Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure
  • Team first mentality
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, driven and dynamic personality
  • Enterprise/SaaS/Cloud industry experience (bonus)
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing space (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound qualified opportunities each month, hitting or exceeding quota
  • Manage inbound pipeline
  • Document, assess and communicate detailed notes on prospects using the CRM
  • Set Account Executives up for successful demos
  • Work with the Brand Growth team to identify accounts and conduct territory planning
  • Conduct prospect research within focused industry verticals
  • Manage HubSpot CRM data ensuring data integrity and accurate notes
