About the Role
You'll help power Webflow's next chapter of growth as one of the first hires in the new London office. You'll play a pivotal role in building the office presence from the ground up, shaping team culture, driving outbound sales opportunities, and directly contributing to broader revenue goals. You'll work closely with Account Executives and receive coaching to hone your sales skills and prepare for future sales roles.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting quotas, driving high-volume lead generation and engaging potential prospects
- Demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline
- Comfortable or eager to learn CRM and Sales engagement platforms
- High energy individual with a strong desire to achieve top results with a dependable, positive can-do attitude over the phone/video calls
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
- Passionate about Webflow's mission(s) and the no-code movement
- Team player with a proven ability to work cross functionally and deliver results
- Excited to find success in ambiguity, and to contribute back to the larger organization on best practices and scaling success
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- Additional European language skills would be highly beneficial
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospect accounts
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts through various channels such as email, phone, and social media
- Qualify outbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential clients
- Receive coaching from leadership on calls, written communication and prospecting strategy
- Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives
- Help create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities and keeping information up to date in Salesforce
- Refine messaging and sales prospecting techniques
- Work cross functionally with partners like Marketing & Ops to iterate process and ideas for successful lead generation campaigns
- Become a Webflow product expert and convey the value proposition to potential customers
- Travel up to 15% primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites
