About the Role

You'll drive outbound lead generation for ChainGPT's Launchpad and Saleium products, becoming the first point of contact for founders, token teams, ecosystems, protocols, and strategic partners. You'll research and qualify high-potential Web3, crypto, and AI-native projects, build prospect lists, and reach out across email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and X. Using enrichment and automation tools, you'll run discovery conversations to assess project fit and timing, then nurture leads through the funnel before handing qualified opportunities to Business Development. You'll keep the CRM fully updated, track outreach performance, deliver weekly pipeline reports, and collaborate cross-functionally on ICP refinement, lead scoring, and messaging, while staying current on Web3 and token launch market trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, prospect research, or outbound growth in a Web3, crypto, blockchain, or AI-focused company
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including token launches, launchpads, fundraising flows, DeFi, wallets, exchanges, L1/L2s, and ecosystem partnerships
  • Experience with CRM systems, lead databases, outreach tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify high-value opportunities through outbound outreach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving remote environment
  • Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum with minimal oversight
  • Experience sourcing leads for launchpads, token sales, fundraising infrastructure, token distribution, or white-label Web3 products
  • Existing network across founders, token teams, launch partners, accelerators, or ecosystems
  • Familiarity with account-based sales / account-based marketing
  • Experience using Telegram as a core business development channel in Web3

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound lead generation for Launchpad and Saleium
  • Research, identify, and qualify high-potential Web3, crypto, and AI-native projects
  • Build and manage prospect lists across verticals such as token launches, ecosystems, infrastructure, and DeFi
  • Prospect via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and X
  • Use enrichment, automation, and workflow tools to improve efficiency and scale outreach
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess project fit, timing, and fundraising plans
  • Qualify whether a project is a better fit for Launchpad or Saleium
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture leads through the prospecting funnel
  • Create Telegram groups and coordinate early-stage sales conversations
  • Hand over qualified opportunities to the Business Development team with clear context
  • Keep CRM fully updated with activity, notes, lead status, and pipeline movement
  • Track outreach effectiveness, lead quality, conversion rates, and source performance
  • Deliver weekly reporting on pipeline progress and market signals
  • Help improve qualification criteria, outreach workflows, and SDR processes
  • Work with Business Development and Marketing to align on target accounts and messaging
  • Collaborate on ICP refinement, lead scoring, and account-based initiatives
  • Stay current on trends across Web3, token launches, and sales automation
  • Track market activity, new projects, and competitor movements
