About the Role

You will identify, evaluate, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships. You will manage partner relationships, improve partner engagement and activation, serve as the primary partner contact, analyse market opportunities, and help generate new business and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive business development experience in remittance, ecommerce, or financial services
  • Experience establishing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Knowledge of remittance and ecommerce market dynamics, regulatory compliance, and industry trends
  • Negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in fintech, startup, payments, remittance, ecommerce, business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Experience in fintech, B2B credit, payroll, ecommerce growth agencies, or systems integrators
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • CRM software proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with strategic goals
  • Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and execute partnerships
  • Maintain and nurture existing partner relationships
  • Develop strategies to improve partner engagement, satisfaction, and activation
  • Act as the primary contact for partners and address partnership challenges
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions
