About the Role
You will build and grow relationships with UK accounting and advisory partners, create scalable referral motions, and generate revenue from client referrals. You will enable partners, run business reviews, manage pipeline and forecasts, improve partner programs, and work with internal partners on go-to-market activities and client onboarding.
Requirements
- AI fluency
- 4+ years of partner sales, business development, partnership management, full-cycle sales, or channel-partnership experience
- Discovery and consultative-sales skills
- Revenue-target and quota attainment record
- Performance tracking and efficiency improvement skills
- Written, verbal, listening, and stakeholder-management skills
- Relationship-building experience with senior and day-to-day stakeholders
- Ability to work five days per week from the London office
- Willingness to travel across the UK
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify UK accounting and advisory partners
- Sign partners and build go-to-market plans
- Generate and convert client referrals
- Build relationships across partner organizations
- Educate, enable, and onboard partner teams
- Run monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Develop partner workflows, sales motions, and programs
- Manage partner activity, pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets
- Work from the London office five days per week
- Travel across the UK
