About the Role

You will own and execute the UK partnerships strategy, build executive relationships, and turn priority partnerships into measurable commercial outcomes. You will create partnership plans and operating cadences, support strategic deals, represent the business at events, and translate market intelligence into actionable input for commercial and product leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, alliances, or go-to-market leadership
  • Experience building senior relationships and driving commercial outcomes
  • Experience owning revenue, quota, or influenced-pipeline goals in a complex B2B environment
  • Experience launching a territory, vertical, business line, or partner motion
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • AI fluency
  • Ability to work five days per week from the London office
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and continental Europe

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the UK partnerships strategy
  • Build and maintain senior relationships across the UK partner ecosystem
  • Develop partnership plans, joint value propositions, and commercial paths
  • Source and influence pipeline through partner relationships
  • Represent Ramp at executive meetings, industry events, and partner forums
  • Translate partner-market intelligence into actionable internal input
  • Build account plans, scorecards, executive briefs, and pipeline visibility
  • Shape UK and European go-to-market strategy
