About the Role
Own and grow Vivid's partnership ecosystem in Germany by sourcing, developing, negotiating, and launching new partnerships while managing the existing affiliate channel.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Partnerships or Business Development.
- Experience sourcing and developing partnerships end-to-end.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven and consultative operating style.
- AI-first mentality and familiarity with AI productivity tools.
- Structured, disciplined, and self-directed.
- Fluent German and English.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, B2B, or SMB products is beneficial.
- Experience across advisory, SaaS, embedded, community, or ecosystem channels is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms is beneficial.
- International and cross-functional experience is beneficial.
- Understanding of the German SMB and founder landscape is beneficial.
- CV must be submitted in English.
Responsibilities
- Source, develop, negotiate, and launch new partnerships end-to-end.
- Own partnerships from initial insight through discovery, structuring, launch, and expansion.
- Structure CPA, revenue-share, bundle, and referral economics.
- Manage affiliate relationships, settlements, reconciliation, partner validation, and onboarding.
- Use data and performance insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Define KPIs and decide where to invest, renegotiate, or step back.
