About the Role

You will own AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced pipeline, activate AWS sales and technical teams, and execute partner go-to-market plans. You will recruit and enable partners, create co-sell motions, run business reviews, track ARR, relay partner feedback, advise on AI policy risks, and represent solutions at industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Own AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced pipeline
  • Activate AWS field sales and technical teams to select and deploy solutions
  • Define and execute the partner go-to-market plan
  • Recruit and build relationships with strategic partners
  • Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training
  • Create co-sell motions, solution plays, and joint go-to-market motions
  • Run joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews
  • Track sourced and influenced ARR against targets
  • Relay partner feedback to product, engineering, and legal teams
  • Advise partners on government AI policies, risk management, and responsible AI practices
  • Represent solutions at partner and industry events
  • Build thought leadership through briefings, speaking engagements, and collaborative initiatives
