About the Role

You will build and lead global field delivery, partner success, and partner health functions. You will establish deployment standards, assure delivery quality, manage escalations, develop partner capability, measure deployment outcomes, and sponsor strategic partner-led customer deployments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technical delivery, professional services, or solutions leadership experience
• Experience leading leaders
• Experience building a delivery organization
• Experience scaling deployment volume substantially
• Experience holding large enterprise deployments accountable for production use
• Experience working with global systems integrators or advisory firms
• Knowledge of consumption-based GTM organizations
• Technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, agent architectures, LLMs, and evaluation
• Experience building durable executive relationships

Responsibilities

• Set deployment strategy with partners
• Build, lead, and grow global field delivery teams
• Establish and inspect deployment quality standards
• Develop partner delivery capability and centres of excellence
• Manage partner health assessments and escalations
• Align account teams and partner delivery leadership around deployment plans
• Build delivery capability in new markets
• Build deployment measurement and AI-native delivery operations
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic deployments
• Travel to partner and customer sites and conferences
