About the Role
You will own account and deal strategy for emerging defense technology accounts and support broader strategic relationships. You will lead customer meetings, work with technical teams to turn needs into deployed capabilities, maintain pipeline and consumption forecasts, and coordinate stakeholders to advance deals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience across government, military service, defense technology, or PaaS/SaaS businesses
- At least 2 years in private-sector customer-facing roles
- Proven private-sector business or customer results
- Business acumen and strategic judgment
- Experience working directly with senior executives
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to practical problems
- Understanding of APIs and workflow integration
Responsibilities
- Lead account strategy and commercial execution for defense technology accounts
- Support larger strategic relationships across the defense industrial base
- Work with solutions and engineering to move customers from AI evaluation to deployment
- Maintain pipeline, consumption forecasts, and next steps
- Build executive and technical customer relationships
- Bring customer and market insights to product and partnership decisions
- Coordinate stakeholders to advance deals and remove blockers
