About the Role
You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers. You will ensure high-quality discovery, demonstrations, and deal support; partner with Account Executives on pipeline and complex opportunities; gather customer feedback; and tailor product demonstrations to legal workflows. You may travel to customer and company offices.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 7+ years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment
- Prior team-management experience with a record of developing talent and driving performance
- Familiarity with legal technology and AI tools
- Commercial acumen and ability to engage senior legal stakeholders
- Communication and presentation skills
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers
- Set performance expectations and build a high-trust, high-output team culture
- Ensure consistent, high-quality demonstrations, discovery, and deal support
- Partner with Account Executives and GTM leadership on pipeline prioritization and deal strategy
- Engage prospective customers to understand workflow challenges
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on field insights, positioning, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy
- Lead tailored product demonstrations for law firms and in-house legal teams
- Synthesize customer feedback for the product team
- Travel to customer and company offices as required
