About the Role

You will support the global go-to-market function through commercial agreements, including MNDAs, amendments, customer agreements, and statements of work. You will review, draft, and negotiate vendor, SaaS, and technical agreements, while improving vendor procurement processes. You will also lead legal operations initiatives, including applying AI tools, streamlining internal reviews, and reducing administrative work.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting a fast-paced sales function and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Experience negotiating technical vendor and SaaS agreements.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with limited information, meet tight deadlines, manage client expectations, and maintain high-quality work.
  • Executive presence to negotiate with outside vendors, outside counsel, and clients.
  • 5+ years at a top law firm or high-growth technology company.
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited United States law school.
  • Current bar admission in at least one United States state.

Responsibilities
