About the Role
You will prepare and revise commercial agreements and participate in mergers and acquisitions projects and transaction structuring. You will address legal queries, assess applicable requirements, support regulatory compliance, and communicate with partners, regional legal counsel, and regulators.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law
- Strong academic record
- More than 6 years of relevant corporate legal experience
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions financial instruments and financial institutions
- Experience preparing and implementing commercial agreements
- Experience with financial instruments and cryptocurrencies
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess and mitigate regulatory risks
- Ability to solve complex problems and apply interdisciplinary thinking
- Advanced multitasking skills
- Strong analytical prioritizing problem-solving and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies banking FinTech and RegTech
