About the Role

You provide legal advice, solutions, and risk management strategies for business compliance matters and internal or external projects. You draft and review Chinese and English contracts and legal documents, participate in negotiations, handle litigation and disputes, monitor regulatory changes, and manage internal legal documentation.

Requirements

  • Law degree from a domestic or international law school
  • At least 5 years of law firm or in-house experience
  • Fluent English contract review and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and provide proactive business recommendations
  • Clear logical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly growing work environment
  • Taiwan attorney qualification is a plus
  • Financial industry legal or compliance experience is a plus
  • IPO experience is a plus
  • Virtual asset or blockchain industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice, solutions, and risk management strategies for compliance matters and projects
  • Draft and review Chinese and English contracts and legal documents
  • Participate in contract and legal negotiations
  • Handle litigation and disputes
  • Develop strategies for litigation and dispute matters
  • Monitor changes in industry regulatory requirements
  • Manage internal legal contracts, signatures, and document files
