About the Role

You will assist with client onboarding and reviews, maintain member information through periodic checks and risk assessments, draft and review contracts and engagement letters, manage contracts, update corporate governance files, and help implement new regulations such as market conduct rules. You may also contribute to other legal and compliance topics based on your interests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Previous internship or paralegal experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and be flexible

  • Eligibility to work in the Netherlands

Responsibilities
