About the Role

You will support commercial contracting by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements, advise Sales and cross-functional teams, manage negotiations, maintain templates and playbooks, address data privacy, AI, and technology provisions, identify legal risks, and contribute to broader legal projects.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of legal experience
• Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts
• Strong experience with commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, customer agreements, vendor agreements, and technology agreements
• Ability to manage high-volume work while balancing legal risk and business priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience partnering with Sales and business teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Healthcare, health tech, data privacy, or AI experience is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements
• Provide practical legal guidance to Sales and cross-functional teams
• Handle routine and moderately complex commercial negotiations
• Escalate higher-risk legal matters
• Maintain and improve contract templates and playbooks
• Support data privacy, AI, and technology-related contractual provisions
• Identify legal risks and escalate issues appropriately
• Stay current on commercial contracting, technology, AI, and data privacy developments
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and Security teams
• Contribute to special legal projects
