About the Role
You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, advise Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, Security, and other stakeholders, identify legal risks, improve contract playbooks and workflows, support contracting training, and help scale legal processes with AI and automation.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3–5 years of legal experience
- Experience reviewing and negotiating technology, SaaS, data processing, or commercial agreements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Legal judgment and business judgment
- Organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
- Interest in using AI and technology to improve legal workflows
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Provide practical legal advice throughout the deal process
- Identify legal risks and recommend commercially reasonable solutions
- Improve contract negotiations through playbooks, templates, and standard language
- Streamline legal workflows with AI and automation
- Train internal stakeholders on contracting practices
- Contribute to legal process improvements
