About the Role
You will coordinate negotiations for major SaaS transactions and strategic licence and service agreements. You will project-manage legal work for revenue opportunities, collaborate across functions, create and implement templates, use AI tools to improve efficiency, and advise on legal risks affecting operations and offerings.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of commercial contracting and legal concepts
- Experience at a technology company with SaaS or software offerings or at a top-tier technology law practice
- Financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto background
- Experience negotiating complex global technology transactions
- University degree, or GDL or JD; paralegal certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate negotiations for commercial contracts, including strategic licence and services agreements
- Project-manage legal work for significant revenue-generating opportunities
- Engage functional stakeholders and assist with contract drafting
