About the Role
You review redline and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs service agreements order forms SOWs NDAs and DPAs. You provide fast practical guidance on sales contract issues and partner with business functions to align terms with pricing booking and delivery. You also support vendor agreements privacy and security questionnaires international transfer matters and legal process improvements using AI tools.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of commercial contracts experience
- Most experience gained in-house with contracts at the core of the role
- Ability to work autonomously and provide recommendations
- Ability to work quickly with incomplete information
- Resourcefulness in resolving unclear issues
- Responsiveness and strong support for Sales
- Interest in using AI in legal work
Responsibilities
- Review redline and negotiate MSAs service agreements order forms SOWs NDAs and DPAs
- Provide practical contract guidance and fallback positions to Sales
- Align contract terms with pricing booking and service delivery
- Support vendor and partner agreements
- Use AI tools to draft review and summarize contracts
- Refine legal playbooks and contract processes
- Contribute to privacy security and vendor due diligence questionnaires
- Support DPA and international transfer matters
