About the Role

You will review features, integrations, and launches before release and provide practical go or no-go guidance. You will handle privacy and AI issues, draft product-facing terms, manage AI compliance obligations, advise on consumer and platform matters, support enterprise deals, and build self-service legal systems and AI-assisted review workflows.

Requirements

Law degree and qualification in an EU member state the UK or the US
3 to 6 years of legal practice
Experience counseling product or technology teams at a consumer-facing technology or SaaS company
Experience applying GDPR in a live product
Experience handling AI legal questions
Experience with consumer protection content and intermediary liability
Ability to make pragmatic risk recommendations
Daily use of AI tools and interest in automation
Fluent English
Stockholm-based or willing to relocate
Comfort with occasional US-hours overlap
Platform or marketplace experience is a bonus
Open-source licensing experience is a bonus
Knowledge of EU or US technology regulation is a bonus

Responsibilities

Review features integrations and launches before release

Draft feature beta program and user-facing terms
Track AI compliance obligations
Support model provider negotiations
Advise on consumer protection content moderation and platform liability
Provide legal support for enterprise deals
