About the Role
You will help the business navigate regulatory requirements across crypto, stablecoins, payments, and corporate governance. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; develop legal tools and guidance; conduct legal research; support licensing and corporate secretarial work; and coordinate with external counsel, regulators, auditors, and service providers.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of post-qualification legal experience in fintech, a fast-growing tech startup, or a top-tier commercial law firm's technology or finance practice
- Knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracting, payments infrastructure, and digital asset/VASP frameworks
- Knowledge of legal technology and automation
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Build and maintain clause libraries, playbooks, and legal guidance materials
- Conduct legal research on virtual assets, blockchain, payments, and financial services
- Translate laws into actionable compliance notes and address cross-functional escalations
- Support entity registration, regulatory approvals, permit management, and corporate secretarial functions
- Support regulatory inquiries, investigations, disputes, and litigation
- Liaise with external counsel, regulators, auditors, and service providers
