About the Role

You will provide practical legal guidance on operational, contractual, corporate, and financial-services regulatory matters. You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage legal documents; monitor regulatory developments and contract obligations; support regulatory reporting and licensing; and coordinate with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external advisers across jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in legal practice, compliance, financial services, or a related regulated environment
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations, corporate law, and corporate governance requirements
  • Legal drafting skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions and jurisdictions

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support across operations, including reviewing, drafting, preparing, and amending legal documents and agreements
  • Review, negotiate, and manage third-party contracts while identifying legal and commercial risks
  • Monitor contract execution and support compliance with agreed terms and obligations
  • Monitor and analyse financial-services regulations, corporate laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Advise management on regulatory developments and their business impact
  • Support responses to regulatory enquiries and the preparation and submission of regulatory reports
  • Support licensing applications, renewals, regulatory submissions, and interactions with financial regulatory authorities
  • Act as a key contact for legal matters across business functions
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulators, and professional advisers
  • Support cross-functional and cross-border legal matters
