About the Role

You will support client and issuer onboarding, including KYC/AML verification, document review, and case-file completeness checks. You will help prepare issuer admission files and corporate-governance materials, maintain regulatory records and correspondence, organize contracts and policies, support issuer pipeline analysis, and use AI tools and Excel to automate recurring tasks.

Requirements

• Be a final-year undergraduate or junior master's student, or recent graduate, in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Be able to establish a university internship agreement
• Demonstrate interest in generative AI tools for processes and productivity
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Have professional Spanish and English writing and communication skills
• Handle confidential information with ethics, discretion, and sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Support client and issuer onboarding, including KYC/AML verification and document review
• Prepare issuer admission files and materials for the admissions committee and board of directors
• Support regulatory registrations, filings, and official correspondence with the CNMV and other supervisory authorities
• Maintain operational checklists, records, and documentation for key exchange-launch processes
• Organize and keep contracts, internal policies, and corporate documentation current
• Support issuer pipeline tracking, market analysis, and presentation materials
• Use AI tools and Excel to automate repetitive legal and operational tasks
