About the Role

You will provide onsite IT support, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, administer identity and SaaS platforms, and manage office infrastructure. You will secure macOS devices, support A/V and events, coordinate vendors, and collaborate on company-wide IT, security, and incident-response initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, corporate IT, or a similar role
• Experience supporting employees and technology infrastructure in an onsite office environment
• Experience administering identity, SaaS, endpoint-management, and collaboration platforms
• Working knowledge of Git and version-controlled operational workflows
• Ability to independently own IT operations for the New York office
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in the New York office
• Ability to travel to San Francisco for approximately one week each month

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, access, network, and workplace technology issues
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including procurement, device preparation, shipping, provisioning, and access changes
• Administer Okta, SSO, application integrations, provisioning, and access management
• Manage SaaS platforms through Terraform and Git-based workflows
• Operate office networking, firewalls, conference rooms, and physical security systems
• Support conference room technology, hybrid meetings, and company-wide events
• Maintain and secure macOS devices using MDM
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building management
• Collaborate on incident response, standards, documentation, and infrastructure improvements
