About the Role
You will serve as the escalation point for day-to-day technical support across Mac and Windows devices. You will manage employee access and onboarding, maintain office IT infrastructure, administer cloud services, manage assets and vendors, automate IT workflows, and create self-service support resources.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Knowledge of MDM platforms such as Kandji
- Knowledge of IdM and SSO solutions such as Okta
- Experience administering macOS at scale
- Working knowledge of Windows environments
- Experience with automation tools
- Experience streamlining IT workflows
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware and software issues across Mac and Windows devices
- Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management
- Own IT onboarding, laptop setup, and account configuration
- Maintain and improve office IT infrastructure
- Build self-service support documentation
- Manage IT procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Support office buildouts and workplace IT planning
- Automate IT workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
- Administer cloud services, permissions, and routine maintenance
