About the Role
You will lead IT systems, endpoints, identity, SaaS, office infrastructure, support, and security. You will set technical direction, lead a small team, automate manual work, administer the core IT stack, partner on security controls and incidents, and build scalable processes.

Responsibilities
- Own IT systems, endpoints, identity, SaaS, office infrastructure, support, and IT security
- Lead a small IT team and set technical direction, priorities, and standards
- Automate IT work and enable self-service
- Own SSO, SCIM, MFA, MDM, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Partner on least privilege, endpoint protection, patching, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Own office networking, AV, conference rooms, and physical security
- Build scalable IT systems, processes, and controls
