About the Role
You will own and extend internal automation and notification services, identity and access systems, endpoint management, hardware logistics, and vendor management. You will collect audit evidence, design controls, and support conference-room and office technology on a hybrid schedule.
Requirements
- Experience administering Okta and Google Workspace
- Experience managing a macOS fleet through mobile device management
- Experience with device trust and endpoint security tooling
- Experience with HRIS-driven identity lifecycle automation
- Experience owning hardware logistics, vendor renewals, and SaaS management
- Familiarity with audit evidence production
- Experience owning IT operations end to end
Responsibilities
- Administer identity and access systems including Okta, Google Workspace, 1Password Enterprise, and passkeys
- Extend internal automation services and manage scoped service accounts
- Manage the endpoint fleet through mobile device management and security tooling
- Run hardware procurement, shipping, inventory, returns, and recycling
- Manage SaaS vendors, purchase requests, and renewals
- Collect audit evidence and design audit controls
- Support conference-room and office technology
