About the Role

PayPay is seeking an insurance business development professional to create synergies with bank distribution operations, develop new life insurance services, formulate and execute medium- and long-term strategies, and support decisions involving regulatory and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate planning or sales planning at an insurance company.
  • Experience applying for approvals and negotiating with authorities such as the Financial Services Agency.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial business with outstanding results.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial businesses.
  • Experience planning strategies and business plans.
  • Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preferred: experience in management control or risk management.
  • Preferred: business promotion and project management experience.
  • Preferred: negotiation experience with external partners or customers.
  • Preferred: market research experience.
  • Preferred: business English proficiency, such as TOEIC 800 or above.
