About the Role

You will serve as a strategic people advisor to GTM leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. You will coach managers, guide organizational changes and employee relations, improve onboarding and performance management, and use workforce data to identify retention and talent risks.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including meaningful HRBP or People Partner experience supporting GTM organizations
• Fluency in GTM operations
• Experience partnering with VP-level leaders, frontline managers, and first-time managers
• Demonstrated employee-relations judgment
• Data analysis and root-cause diagnosis
• Manager and leader coaching
• Written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of GTM compensation structures, including commission plans, quota attainment, and SPIFFs

Responsibilities

• Advise GTM leadership on people strategies using business context
• Identify systemic people risks and opportunities
• Coach managers and leaders on people leadership
• Help leaders hire, set expectations, deliver feedback, and navigate organizational change
• Build GTM-specific onboarding experiences
• Launch and manage performance approaches for quota-carrying teams
• Drive employee-experience initiatives, including events and offsites
• Partner with Recruiting on role scope, leveling, and hiring standards
• Analyze headcount, performance, attrition, and engagement data
• Manage employee relations and recommend appropriate resolutions
