About the Role
You will be the first dedicated revenue leader at Euclid, responsible for designing and building the entire commercial function from scratch across all three primary revenue motions. You will own pipeline architecture, deal execution, revenue tracking, and the systematic expansion of revenue streams. You will operate as a peer to the founding team, with direct access to the CEO and full authority over commercial strategy.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in crypto, DeFi, or fintech infrastructure
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, build without a playbook, and move fast without losing rigor
- Prior experience selling to or working within a licensed exchange, DeFi protocols, prime brokers, or institutional crypto desk is a plus
- Relentlessly commercial, thinks in revenue, not in activity
- High ownership, low ego; willing to do the work before building a team
Responsibilities
- Establish how Euclid measures, attributes, and reports revenue across all streams
- Build the sales and BD teams from the ground up
- Design and run scrappy, high-leverage growth initiatives that bring in pipeline outside of traditional sales motions
- Look beyond the current product stack and find where the next revenue lines come from
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and the trading team to align product capabilities with market demand signals
