About the Role
You will own the enterprise marketing motion from strategy through execution. You will develop demand and account-based programs, prioritize industries and accounts, build lifecycle and conversion plays, track channel performance, establish measurement frameworks, and partner with Sales, Product, RevOps, paid advertising, and Field Marketing on pipeline and deal acceleration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
- At least 3 years building or scaling an upmarket or enterprise demand motion
- Experience at a product-led company
- Consumer-to-B2B crossover experience
- Analytical skills and experience building measurement frameworks
- Experience co-owning pipeline targets with Sales
Responsibilities
- Co-own upmarket pipeline targets with Sales
- Build and execute an enterprise demand playbook
- Develop a vertical prioritization framework
- Design account-based programs for high-fit accounts
- Maintain an annual marketing calendar
- Manage contract and agency resources
- Identify self-serve buyers and design enterprise conversion experiments
- Build lifecycle plays for team and enterprise buyers
- Track channel, play, and offer performance
- Build marketing operations and measurement frameworks
- Report on pipeline contribution, channel efficiency, and program performance
- Develop high-touch deal acceleration programs
