About the Role
In this senior commercial role, you will work closely with leadership and product leads to drive partnerships, DeFi integrations, and strategic alliances. You will manage partner pipelines, identify market opportunities, accelerate deals through your network, contribute to growth strategy, and turn customer and community feedback into product insights.
Requirements
- Demonstrated commercial success closing deals and strategic alliances
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Pre-existing network among liquid crypto-native funds, DeFi curators, and protocol founders
- Track record of driving growth in TVL, liquidity, or protocol adoption
- Understanding of lending, CDPs, DEXs, and yield-bearing stablecoins
- Experience working with curators, allocating capital into on-chain assets and vaults, or running liquidity mining programmes
- Understanding of protocol governance and integration processes
- Understanding of lending and borrowing products
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for building on-chain financial applications
