About the Role

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Network of institutional partners and prospects.
- Resourceful, internally motivated, and able to deliver results independently and collaboratively.
- At least 5 years of relevant business development, investor relations, or related experience.
- Understanding of crypto concepts and markets.
- Substantial domestic and international travel.
- Relevant college degree, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Track record of networking and relationship building in the financial industry.
- Quantifiable success converting prospects into sales and funding.
- Regulatory knowledge or experience in a regulated private fund environment is desirable.
- US-based with flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of prospective fund investors through networking and relationship-building.
- Serve as an ambassador for the firm through targeted outreach.
- Manage budgets for travel and events.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations and other teams to improve investor conversion.
- Document investor engagements in the CRM.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor preferences.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.
