About the Role

In this six-month placement, you will drive business development across international regions, research markets, identify prospective sponsors and partners, maintain pipeline reports, create presentations and proposals, analyze client briefs, and support the sales lifecycle from outreach through proposal delivery.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, lead generation, and commercial strategy within the sports industry.
  • Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to accommodate full-time work alongside academic requirements or through an eligible university internship agreement.
  • High initiative and ability to manage projects independently.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides, data analysis, and client brief synthesis.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Chinese, Korean, or French language skills are a strong plus.
  • Based in or around Madrid or willing to relocate.
  • Eligible for a six-month internship agreement if required by university regulations.

  • Maintain tracking reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports.
  • Create client presentations and tailored commercial proposals.
  • Analyze client briefs and translate objectives into sponsorship opportunities.
  • Support commercial strategy and activation initiatives.
  • Collaborate on the sales lifecycle from outreach through proposal delivery.
  • Prepare briefing materials and competitive landscape reports.
