About the Role
You will identify and engage enterprise clients and partners, leveraging your senior network and proactive outreach. You will structure strategic deals, work with sales to ensure smooth handoffs, and collaborate with marketing on targeted outbound campaigns. You will lead sales meetings, manage pipeline and CRM records, participate in onboarding and sales training, and gather market insights and customer feedback to inform go-to-market and product strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships business development or strategic sales in payments or crypto
- Demonstrated success initiating and sourcing new enterprise deals and partnerships
- Strong enterprise and fintech network; Silicon Valley preferred
- Strong prospecting influencing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Team-oriented with executive presence and strong communication skills
- Adaptable to a fast-paced regulated and evolving industry
- Must be based in California ideally in Silicon Valley
